Terms of Service

Commission Process⪼ Ko-Fi Commission openings will be announced via my Twitter Account
⪼ Commission "Requests" on Ko-Fi will remain open until available slots are full
⪼ After slots are full, the "Request" function will be disabled until all requests are completed and the next commission openings are announced
⪼ Slots are first-come-first-serve
⪼ Commissioners must be over the age of 18


Deadlines⪼ Depending on the complexity of a commission, it may take 1 - 2 weeks to complete (Note: This does not include the time between commission request and me beginning the piece)
⪼ If commission is not completed after 2 weeks time, a current progress report will be shared and estimated time of completions will then be shared


Payment⪼ Payment will be made through the Ko-Fi Commission process, which requires a full payment at time of request


Cancellation Policy & Refunds⪼ Cancellation is not possible after the commission is requested and the payment is submitted. Only request a commission if you are absolutely certain you want the art piece and want to commission me as an artist
⪼ I retain the right to refuse, reject or cancel any commission. I will inform you clearly that I will not be taking your commission and I will issue a full refund. Otherwise, refunds are not possible


Delivery & Posting⪼ Once the commission is complete, it will be sent directly via preferred contact method as stated on your original Ko-Fi Commission Request
⪼ After commission is sent, it will be added to my Ko-Fi Gallery and I may post it onto my other social media accounts unless told otherwise on your original Ko-Fi Commission Request


Usage⪼ You are welcome to post the commissioned piece on your own social media pages only if a tagged credit is included clearly on the same post. If you are posting the piece on a social media website I do not have an account on, link my Twitter Account
⪼ You are welcome to use the commissioned piece as a profile picture or elsewhere on your social media accounts only if tagged credit is included in your profile information (bio, location, etc.)
⪼ You may not mint the commissioned piece as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or introduce it onto any form of blockchain
⪼ You may not use the commissioned piece in any way that may be considered commercial use unless previously agreed upon
⪼ You may not remove my watermark


Final Statements⪼ I retain the right to refuse to work with clients who prove to be hateful, aggressive or disrespectful towards me or others
